Highlights This is a contract role with long-term potential Schedule: Monday???Friday, regular business hours Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA Start Date: ASAP High-volume document conversion and Microsoft Word expertise required Medical Device QA Documentation??? Responsibilities Lead the conversion of Quality System Procedures and Records from IDS business unit to SM business unit formats Apply high-level Microsoft Word skills to revise and format hundreds of documents efficiently Make minor content changes and reference updates based on organizational structure changes Ensure consistent application of quality system standards across assigned documentation Participate in continuous improvement and quality projects Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quality system development Interpret and apply quality system regulatory requirements (FDA, ISO, EU MDR/IVDR) Update or maintain policies, procedures, and records to reflect new formats and regulatory standards Medical Device QA Documentation??? Requirements Bachelor???s degree in Science, Engineering, or related field required Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Systems or a related field High proficiency in Microsoft Word and document formatting is required Strong understanding of FDA and international quality system regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485, MDSAP) Ability to revise technical policies and procedures with accuracy and efficiency Experience with quality system tools (SAP, Trackwise, PEGA) is a plus Certified Quality Auditor or Six Sigma Green Belt is preferred Excellent attention to detail, organization, and independent problem-solving If you think this Medical Device QA Documentation position is a good fit for you, please reach out ??? feel free to call, email, or apply to this posting!
