Job Description:
Location: Currently hiring in the NY Territory, but the company
is growing & expanding. Employment Type : 1099 Consultant (Base
Commission) Role Overview We’re looking for ambitious,
results-driven closers to join our high-performing sales team. In
this role, we provide everything you need to succeed: training,
leads, and equipment. You focus on what you do best- closing deals.
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning
potential. What You’ll Do Attend pre-set, company-provided
appointments and deliver a professional, consultative presentation
to homeowners. Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM to ensure
every lead is tracked and followed up. Follow up with prospects to
answer questions, overcome objections, and move deals to close.
Participate in weekly team meetings to review performance, share
insights, and stay aligned with team goals. Commit to ongoing
training to sharpen your skills, including sales techniques,
objection handling, and product knowledge. Represent the company
with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach at
