Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Outside Sales
Representative Core-GERM to expand our client base within the
German market. The ideal candidate will drive growth by developing
meaningful client relationships and delivering tailored solutions
that meet the evolving needs of our customers. This role is pivotal
in influencing the market presence of Global Payments in Germany,
focusing on maximizing customer engagement and achieving sales
targets. Identify and target new sales opportunities within the
German financial market. Develop and maintain relationships with
potential and existing clients to expand sales territory. Present,
promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to
existing and prospective customers. Achieve agreed upon sales
targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales effort with
team members and other departments. Analyze the territory/market’s
potential, track sales and status reports. Keep abreast of best
practices and promotional trends in the financial services
industry. Proven sales experience, preferably in IT or financial
services. Ability to communicate, present and influence
effectively. Strong business sense and financial services industry
expertise. Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management
skills. Proficiency in German and English language. Medical

Certification (Preferably in financial products or services) Any
German-specific sales or financial services qualifications are
desirable.
