Greet and assist shoppers providing expert product guidance tailored to their needs. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Process transactions and manage the efficient operation of the cash register. Support the achievement of store sales targets by promoting specials, new products, and company programs. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Sherwin-Williams products and services to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked store environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations in a calm manner Excellent problem-solving skills Knowledge of sales and customer service principles Basic proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Customer Service Certification (preferred but not required)
