Job Description:

Specialist to enhance our customer service operations in our retail
sector. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality support and
guidance to our diverse clientele, ensuring a first-rate retail
experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
customer interactions, resolving issues, and promoting the values
and products unique to Sherwin-Williams. This role offers a dynamic

standards our customers expect. Greet and assist shoppers providing
expert product guidance tailored to their needs. Handle customer
inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues
promptly to ensure satisfaction. Process transactions and manage
the efficient operation of the cash register. Support the
achievement of store sales targets by promoting specials, new
products, and company programs. Maintain a thorough knowledge of
all Sherwin-Williams products and services to provide accurate
information to customers. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized,
and well-stocked store environment. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to handle complaints and difficult
situations in a calm manner Excellent problem-solving skills
Knowledge of sales and customer service principles Basic
proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems Medical

Customer Service Certification (preferred but not required)
