Job Description:

Year Up seeks an enthusiastic Sales Support Job Training Program Coordinator to enhance our mission of bridging the opportunity divide for young adults. As part of our dedicated team, you'll coordinate a robust training curriculum in sales skills and methodologies, helping participants acquire the competencies needed to thrive in dynamic sales roles. This position involves curating educational content, overseeing internship experiences, and providing continual support and guidance to participants throughout the program. Develop and refine sales training curriculum in consultation with industry experts. Coordinate logistics for classroom and online training sessions. Match participants with internship opportunities, monitoring and supporting their progress. Maintain partnerships with businesses and sales organizations to update curriculum and increase internship placements. Assessment of participant progress and providing constructive feedback. Organize workshops, guest lectures, and other supplemental training activities. Proficiency in the latest sales techniques and tools Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build rapport with young adults from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of e-learning platforms and educational technologies Certifications in sales training or educational methods preferred
