Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and
results-driven Territory Sales Manager with a commitment to
innovation and excellence to join our growing team. This is a
remote position, but candidates need to live in Maryland.
Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies
to achieve sales targets and grow market share within the assigned
territory Build and maintain strong relationships with key
customers, flooring retailers, commercial installation companies,
and contractors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and
loyalty Conduct regular visits to customer sites, providing product
information and addressing any concerns Identify and pursue new
business opportunities and potential clients within the territory,
and conduct market research to understand trends, competitive
landscape, and customer needs Actively promote Lint Tile's product
offerings through presentations, demonstrations, and in-person
meetings Educate customers on product features, benefits, and
installation processes Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports,
analyzing sales performance data and identifying areas for
improvement Utilize CRM tools to optimize sales activities and
track customer interactions Work closely with marketing, product
management, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales
goals and customer needs Participate in trade shows, exhibitions,
and networking events to promote Lint Tile's products Negotiate
pricing and terms with clients to close deals and maximize
profitability Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely payment
collections Qualifications Tile or flooring sales, OR Tile or
flooring installation, Proven track record of achieving sales
targets and growing customer bases, CRM software, MS Office Suite,
Willingness to travel within the designated territory with minimum
of 6 overnights per month and Bachelor's Degree or prior military
service
