Responsibilities:

--- Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business
--- Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
--- Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
--- Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business
--- Handle all aspects of MLS and marketing listings, such as completing listing paperwork, posting to MLS and social media, and implementing a marketing plan to ensure quick sales


Qualifications:

--- 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry
--- Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
--- Team player who believes their success is the team's success
--- Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
--- Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
--- Be a licensed real estate agent.
--- Be ready to dive into an extensive training program that is designed for success.
--- Be ready to work in an exciting and energetic atmosphere!
