The ideal candidate is a motivated, well organized individual who has a great understanding of developing strong relationships with customers. Candidates will be leading a team as well. Candidates Must Be A Leader...Not Just A ManagerSales ManagerStatus- Direct HireDegree- PreferredLocation- Exton, PAExperience- 6+ years in a Sales Manager role. Must have a strong analytical background. Candidates must also lead by example. Must be ok with some local travel to visit vendors and clients.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Promote company mission and values and maintain positive and constructive working relationships with all departmentsMaintain and promote the company policies, procedures, and selling systemComplete presentations on company-generated leads and maintain personal sales volume and minimum performance standardsCoach, train, and develop Sales Reps to exceed sales goalsTrain new incoming Sales Reps in company policies, procedures, and selling system and answer questions for existing Sales repsProvide feedback to salespersons on issues with paperwork or pricing.Hold Sales Reps accountable for using the company selling system and achieving goalsPull and review reports from CRMMaintain appraisals, evaluations, discussions, coaching conversations, earnings, commitments, etc
Qualifications & Requirements:
BS Degree Preferred
6+ Years in Sales ( Manufacturing-Logistics- Repair )
4+ Years Leading A Team
Strong cross-functional communication skills
Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative
Outcome-oriented -- results-focused with strong performance culture
