We're looking for a seasoned maintenance and reliability professional to lead daily operations and long-term strategy at a high-capacity industrial facility. This role oversees everything from mechanical systems and utilities to power generation and rotating equipment - ensuring plant performance, safety, and uptime stay ahead of the curve.

What You'll Oversee:

- All plant maintenance functions: mechanical, electrical, utilities, and reliability

- A skilled in-house team of technicians, planners, and reliability engineers

- Facility power and support systems: boilers, turbines, pumps, motors, VFDs, MCCs, switchgear

- Preventive and predictive maintenance strategy (PdM/RCM/TPM)

- Root cause failure analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

- Capital projects tied to infrastructure modernization and equipment upgrades

- Cross-functional partnerships with operations, engineering, and safety teams



What You Bring:

- 5-15+ years in industrial maintenance leadership

- Experience managing rotating equipment, utilities, and electrical systems

- Comfortable working in heavy manufacturing - such as paper, energy, steel, or chemicals

- Strong technical knowledge of powerhouse operations and reliability engineering

- Skilled in developing teams, managing vendors, and overseeing capital spend

- Highly organized, safety-focused, and ready to take ownership



Bonus If You Have:

- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

- Familiarity with predictive maintenance tools (vibration, thermal imaging, oil analysis)

- CMRP or related maintenance/reliability certification
