DescriptionCommunity Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states.We are urgently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Paramus, NJ. The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) uses best practices and technologies within a community setting to assist youth with acquiring, retaining, improving and generalizing the behavioral, self-help, socialization, relational, and communication skills needed to enhance relationships, and increase independence and functioning. The BCBA provides behavior support as part of a team that assists our children and youth homes.
