We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning Kinaxis Fundamentals and other related Kinaxis modules. The role requires a strong background in Manufacturing Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling & Planning. The candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes and ensuring efficient production planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis-based supply chain solutions.
• Oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules such as Supply Planning Inventory Planning & Optimization Sales & Operations Planning and Demand Planning.
• Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Fundamentals to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Kinaxis configurations to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and system performance.
• Implement best practices in Manufacturing Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling & Planning.
• Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Kinaxis solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kinaxis modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
• Develop custom reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in supply chain technology and Kinaxis solutions.Qualifications
  
  
  • Possess mandatory technical skills in Kinaxis Supply Planning Kinaxis Fundamentals Kinaxis Inventory Planning & Optimization Kinaxis Sales & Operations Planning and Kinaxis Demand Planning.
  • Have nice-to-have technical skills in Python and PL/SQL.
  • Demonstrate mandatory domain skills in Manufacturing Capacity Planning and Production Scheduling & Planning.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Have a strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Certifications Required
    KINAXIS CERTIFIED RAPIDRESPONSE AUTHOR APICS CERTIFIED SUPPLY CHAIN PROFESSIONAL (CSCP)

    Salary and Other Compensation :
    The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $150,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
