Campus.About the RoleWe are seeking a People Partner (HRPP) to play
a critical role in fostering a positive, inclusive, and
high-performing workplace at Campus. In this role, you will partner
with employees and leaders to provide strategic guidance, address
complex challenges, and drive initiatives that align with our
mission and values. You'll act as a trusted advisor, empowering
teams while supporting organizational success through innovative
people strategies and solutions.You're excited about this

- Resolve Complex Issues & Provide Counsel: Partner with
employees and managers to address non-routine work issues, offering
actionable solutions to improve performance, mitigate risks, and
maintain a productive, supportive environment.

enhance satisfaction, engagement, and organizational success.
- Manage Performance & Conflict: Develop and monitor Performance
Improvement Plans (PIPs), resolve workplace conflicts, and handle

- Escalate & Investigate: Manage escalations and lead thorough
investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, and
performance issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions.

alignment to drive individual and team success.
- Enhance Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement
programs and processes focused on feedback, training, leadership
development, and recognition to build a high-performance
culture.
- Collaborate on Organizational Effectiveness: Advise on
organizational design, team structures, and workflows to improve
team efficiency and drive results.
- Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Use people metrics to identify
trends, drive retention strategies, and inform decision-making
around talent development and employee satisfaction.
- Coach & Empower Leaders: Provide managers with tools and
training to develop their leadership skills, address challenges
effectively, and build high-performing teams.
- Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain in-depth knowledge
of employment laws and HR best practices, collaborating with legal
and people development teams to ensure consistency and

- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant HR experience, ideally in employee
relations or as an HRBP/People Partner
- Deep understanding of HR programs, including compensation,
performance management, and talent development
- Knowledge of employment laws and performance management best
practices
- Proven ability to partner across teams and drive organizational
success
- Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to
build trust and influence stakeholders
- Experience diffusing tension and effectively mediating

($100,000-$150,000) + equity grant
