Job Description:

A company is looking for a Client Outreach Specialist to join their team.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Referral Specialist Manager to address challenges and develop strategic communications
Build relationships with potential leads and educate caregivers on service solutions
Maintain accurate information on required platforms and respond to client inquiries

Required Qualifications

College degree required
Minimum of 2 years' experience with CentralReach
Minimum of 2 years in customer service or inside sales
Solid understanding of ABA therapy
Proficient with Microsoft Suite
