SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a dynamic Senior Real Estate Paralegal for a large global law firm to be based in the New York office. As the dynamo behind this role, you'll be on a mission to make the Commercial Real Estate team shine! What You'll Do: You will be responsible for ordering, reviewing, and analyzing title commitments, documents, surveys, zoning reports and local and municipal compliance letters. This will include careful and thorough analysis of complex real estate documents and drafting summaries of documents such as CC&Rs, REAs, development agreements and similar documents. You will assist in drafting real estate documents, preparing closing documents, conducting due diligence reviews and coordinating closings as required for commercial real estate transactions. You will develop, monitor, and update closing and other checklists for real estate transactions. You will also form LLCs, partnerships, and corporations, and draft organizational documents, authority certificates and resolutions. What You'll Bring: College degree and/or a paralegal certificate 6 years' experience supporting a Commercial Real Estate practice group in a law firm environment (Large firm experience a plus) Extensive title and survey experience Experience forming entities and drafting basic entity organizational documents Experience with complex legal documents and multi-party closings is a plus Experience with land use concepts and/or manufactured housing projects is a plus Experience with creating organizational charts in Microsoft PowerPoint is a plus Strong oral and written communication Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong organizational and matter management skills https://sourceprosearch.com/
