The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on complex insurance matters, liaising with clients, and representing our firm in court proceedings. Responsibilities: Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of complex insurance matters including policy interpretation, coverage analysis, and risk management. Represent our firm in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation related to insurance disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes. Stay updated on current laws, regulations, and industry trends related to insurance coverage and civil litigation. Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Participate in business development activities to build and maintain client relationships. Job Details Qualifications: J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation with a specific focus on insurance coverage. Proven track record of successfully handling insurance coverage cases in court. Exceptional knowledge of insurance law, policy interpretation, and risk management. Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex legal concepts in a clear and persuasive manner. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favorable settlements for clients. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
