Description We are seeking a Systems Engineer to join our team and play a key role in analyzing user requirements, developing system specifications, and leading design and development activities. In this position, you will guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies. Your technical leadership will be crucial in integrating requirements, design, and technology, and ensuring the successful implementation of new plans, designs, and systems. Clearance A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position. Experience Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. The expected salary range for this position, depending on education and years of experience is $180,000 - $215,000.
