THE POSITION: We're looking for a Telecom Field Integration C&I
Tech II. The pay range we're offering is $60k to $90k per year. We
offer a generous compensation plan based on industry standards and
your experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be based in USA.
High School diploma and equivalent related experience
considered.
Associates Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or
related field (preferred).
Driver's License (required).
Work authorization (required).
2 years of experience working with AT&T (required).
Nokia Level 0 Certification (preferred).
Nokia Level 1 Certification - ABIO/Midband (preferred).
TMO Academy (preferred).
Ability to travel between job sites and material depots.
Travel throughout a regional territory and other regions, as needed
(per diem provided when traveling outside of assigned market).
Willing to work during days/nights/weekends and be on-call
depending on project demands.
Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather throughout the
year.
OSHA10, CPR/First Aid, Bloodborne Pathogens, and RF Awareness
certifications (preferred).
This position will require the use of your personal vehicle.
The expectation of 40-50 hours per week.
Must have basic tools: phone for call testing (Samsung Galaxy S22),
optical power meter, fiber kit, and laptop.
Independent work style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
deadline-oriented environment.
Strong technical knowledge and skills.
Ability to use acquired job skills and company policies and
procedures to complete assigned tasks.
Ability to crouch, kneel, and twist throughout the workday.
Ability to reach, grasp and climb with both hands.
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, walk and drive or ride in a truck
for long periods of time.
2 or more years 5G, 4G/ LTE, CDMA, and/or UMTS integration
experience required.
A minimum of 4 years work experience in RAN Engineering for 5G/ 4G
(LTE)/ UMTS / GSM.
Radio Network Commissioning and Integration of
5G/4G(LTE)/3G/2G.
Result oriented with focus on product quality and customer
satisfaction.
Knowledge and practice of RAN C&I processes.
Knowledge and practice of RAN C&I tools.
Knowledge of BBU, Radios. Interfaces, and good CBRS knowledge.
Knowledge on RF and respective parameters.
Ability to collect logs and analyze logfiles.
Knowledge of 5G/4G/3G/2G KPIs and statistical KPI reporting.
Understanding of IP and Routing of cables.
Systems support to include T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and/or
Sprint within the past 6 months (preferred).
Skilled at installation, testing, maintaining, and troubleshooting
network systems as they relate to equipment installation and
failure. Must be proficient at resolving technical issues through
troubleshooting on your own.
Test & Turn-up Experience (preferred).
Experience testing and working with Fiber, RF, Electrical, CAT5/6,
T1 Copper and other technologies.
Ability to read and interpret construction/site documents and
drawings.
Ability to write detailed reports.
Must possess the ability to follow the directions in the MOP, and
the instructions for populating the customer's on-line applications
for updates, status, and COP (administrative skills are
important).
Daily duties and time must be tracked via ZLTS app.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The Telecom Field Integration C&I Tech II
position performs cell site commissioning and integration, cell
site acceptance testing, cell site equipment layout, and parameter
definition, troubleshoot alarms, DT troubleshooting (RSSI/Low
Throughput), complete performance analysis / review, utilize MS
office tools - especially Excel for various day-to-day tasks.
Position works in conjunction with deployment teams, engineering
leads, management and both internal and customer Nokia Global
Delivery Center (GDC)s.
Full site integration and validation (Nokia legacy or new FSM4,
FSMF, ASIA, ASIK, ABIC).
Perform the installation, commissioning, and integration of
baseband module cards.
Perform 5G mid-band installation commissioning and integration
services (adding ABIL/ASIL modules).
SCF validation and loading.
Call testing and data testing on 5G.
Support and perform commissioning and integration of RAN related
hardware.
CRAN commission and integrate - ASIA/ASIK.
CRAN radio site call testing (per node).
Support and perform the implementation of new software and
maintenance loads.
Provide technical support per project and customer SLA.
Support lab/pilot/FOA planning and validation of new hardware and
software.
Support the creation of MOP's.
Support testing of interoperability of 3rd party products.
Problem investigation and support all facets for resolution.
Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked
to the job and possesses service excellence awareness
Load software and scripts to perform configuration as directed by
Nokia Global Delivery Center (GDC).
Test, verify and clear external alarms.
CSR provisioning 7705 routers/IXR.
Ability to read and understand RFDS document and RFDS
validation.
Installation of AMIA, AMOB, ASIA, ASIB, ASIK, ABIA, ABIO, ABIL
units as per site specific scope.
Integration Knowledge of AirScale FSM4, ESMB, FSME or FSMF.
Knowledge of using RFS tool to Downgrade for SRAN config, SRAN
integration process.
Integration of FDD LTE on ASIA & ABIA.
Integration of TDD LTE on ASIB & ABIO.
Integration of FDD & TDD 5G on ASIK & ABIL.
Knowledge on Mid band conversion scope using AHFIG.
Knowledge on Radio swap on 2.5 from AAHF to AEHC.
Fiber Handling, Labeling with proper Installation Standards.
GSM, UMTS, LTE & Anchor 2.5 e911 call testing & Data testing.
Knowledge of Nokia Radios AAFIA, FXFB, FRIA, FRIG, AHLOA, AHFB,
AEHC AAHF, AHFIG, AHFIB.
Experience on IXRE Router integration, 7705, SAS, SAR router
Integration.
Provide troubleshooting support to complete system commissioning
and integration.
Experience working with and guiding tower crews.
Coordinate with construction crew and Nokia Global Delivery Center
(GDC) efforts during troubleshooting.
Provide guidance and both physical and remote assistance to other
integration team members.
Responsible to pick-up OEM equipment from customer or company
warehouse location and care for, scan and report on equipment
disposition.
Complete and deliver end-of-day and site completion reports
daily.
Closeout packages.
