Job Description:

Pharmaron (Exton) is seeking a talented Technical Writer to join our dynamic Cell and Gene Therapy (CGT) group in Exton, Pennsylvania. The CGT team is actively pioneering innovative testing capabilities for the treatment of various diseases for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.

Position Description:

The technical writer will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality control, crafting protocols and reports, processing data, and ensuring efficient document management. Strong attention to detail, technical acumen, and excellent communication skills will be crucial in this collaborative environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Quality Control of reports, presentations, and data files.
• Writing and editing protocols and reports for GLP and non-GLP studies.
• Processing of raw data from instruments.
• Review and posting of documents to the document management system.
• Data processing and organization for reports.
• Tracking of metrics to improve production and efficiency.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, operational and administrative procedures.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Management. Education and Experience:
  • Degree (B.S or M.S.) in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related field.
  • 2 to 5 years of work experience in molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or related field.
  • Working knowledge of potency assays and/or gene and cell therapies.
  • Working knowledge of GMP.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Strong grasp of grammar and language.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Benefits:
