Manager, Talent Acquisition, you’ll drive the strategy and
execution behind how Clemens attracts, assesses, and hires top-tier
talent. You’ll lead a high-performing recruiting team, serve as a
trusted partner to business and HR leaders, and ensure our hiring
practices reflect The Clemens Way. Your leadership will directly
influence how we scale, strengthen our culture, and position
Clemens Food Group as an employer of choice. What You’ll Do Lead
the professional and exempt-level recruiting strategy aligned with
business and workforce goals. Manage, coach, and develop a team of
three talented recruiters, fostering growth, accountability, and
collaboration. Partner with leaders across the business to
anticipate talent needs and design proactive sourcing strategies.
Oversee recruiting systems, tools, and workflows to deliver
efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes. Use data, funnel metrics,
and insights to continuously optimize recruitment performance and
decision-making. Strengthen Clemens’ employer brand through
inclusive, engaging, and values-driven candidate experiences.
Collaborate with HR and Marketing to showcase Clemens as an

years of progressive recruiting experience, including 3 years in
people leadership Proven success leading professional/exempt-level
hiring strategies Experience with recruiting systems, ATS
platforms, and sourcing technologies Strong relationship-builder
who can influence and collaborate across levels and functions
Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to talent decisions
Passionate about people, culture, and elevating the candidate
experience Skills & Mindset Strategic thinker with operational
excellence Empathetic, growth-minded leader who develops others
Confident communicator and trusted business partner Curious, agile,
