the Board, this leader brings fresh insight, innovation, and
digital enablement to advance our talent agenda and strengthen
Clemens Food Group leadership position in the industry. The Impact

fully aligned to our growth ambitions. Shape organizational design
and workforce architecture for scalability, agility, and
resilience. Lead and future proof leadership pipelines and
succession readiness across the enterprise. Integrate compensation,
development, retention, and safety into one cohesive framework that
advances performance and well-being. Modernize HR operations and
digital enablement for consistency, efficiency, and compliance.
What You’ll Do Advise, influence, and partner with the CEO, Senior
Leadership, and the Board on people, culture, and succession
strategies; lead the Compensation Committee with transparency and
rigor. Champion and embed the Clemens Way as the foundation of
culture, ensuring it guides behaviors and informs decisions. Set
the vision for enterprise leadership, learning, and career pathing
that drives internal mobility. Align and empower the HR team to
execute with excellence against strategic priorities. Serve as a
constructive cross-functional challenger to navigate inflection
points, transformations, and crises with clarity and confidence.

Looking For 10 years progressive HR leadership; proven success
leading HR strategy for multi-site, multi-business-unit
organizations. Strength in developing and executing HR strategies
in a fast-paced, high-performance culture aligned to business
goals. Breadth across core HR domains (talent acquisition &
development, org development, HR operations, team member safety).
Nice to Have Manufacturing background; leadership experience
outside HR with P&L ownership; Master’s/advanced degree;
SHRM-SCP/SPHR. Skills & Mindset Strategic, systems thinker who
connects people strategy to business outcomes. Enterprise change
leader who modernizes operations and drives digital enablement.
