This recycled yarn is manufactured exclusively by a premium Italian mill using leading environmental processes which include reduced carbon dioxide emissions, 100% renewable energy + less water consumption.About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Store Manager for our bond-eye pop up boutique powered by the Leap Platform, coming to the West Village this June through October 2025. As a local market expert, you'll leverage your knowledge of community events, build partnerships with neighboring stores, and utilize strong networking skills to drive client engagement and business growth. You'll execute and support brand-led in-store activations-including hosting influencers-to increase foot traffic, drive customer engagement, and deliver measurable results.

You will strategically develop and implement plans to drive sales, elevate client interactions, and strengthen community connections to boost brand awareness. The Store Manager will recruit and develop top-tier talent, fostering a high-performing team through strategic hiring, coaching, and mentorship. Clear and transparent communication of goals and expectations will be key to fostering alignment and collaboration across the team.

Operational excellence is a cornerstone of this role. You'll ensure store standards are consistently met, overseeing responsibilities such as cleanliness, visual merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing. By maintaining seamless execution, you will deliver a superior customer experience. The ideal candidate will thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment and excel under pressure. They will successfully manage store opening and closing procedures, optimize team schedules, and ensure payroll accuracy-all while maintaining a full-time commitment to the store's success.

We believe in always having a "One Team" mentality and therefore, this position may sometimes involve supporting other Leap-powered stores within the same market. This support can include assisting with new store launches, providing staff coverage, onboarding new team members, and managing promotional events.

A commitment to continuous learning and adoption of new technologies is essential, with familiarity in platforms such as Shopify, Endear, Slack, and Google Workspace being advantageous.Position Requirements:

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
• Apparel expertise-ideally in swim or intimates-with a proven ability to manage fitting room operations, deliver elevated client experiences, drive upselling, and navigate high-volume retail environments while fostering long-term customer relationships.
• Proven leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and develop talent at all levels within the store, with a consistent focus on building a leadership pipeline.
• Operational excellence in managing store operations, including scheduling, payroll accuracy, visual merchandising, inventory management, and shipment processing.
• Availability to meet dynamic business needs, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active floor presence with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use a ladder, and lift up to 50 lbs.Annual Pay Range: 70k to 75k. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.Interpersonal Skills:
