Certified Critical Care RNs (CCRNs) will be ranked highly as well as Leaders with experience within a Shared Governance model and or within a Magnet designated organization. -What You'll Do: - Lead a Beacon-Award winning team in a state-of-the-art Critical Care Tower Play a Senior leadership role at a Level I Trauma Center Reports to the Senior Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer Oversee four large Critical Care units and IMCs Have the support of a team of Directors, Managers, ANM's, Educators and a Clinical Nurse Specialists Serve as an inspiring role model for our nursing and administrative practice models -The Flagship Hospital of a Non-Profit Regional Health System -The 600-bed hospital is affiliated with a prestigious academic hospital and is considered commutable from the Greater Philadelphia Market.
