Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of
Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not
meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time
occupational therapy position, located in Flushing, NY, offers an
opportunity to support students aged 5-21 in a school setting. The
contract runs from September 2nd through June 25th, with a Monday
through Friday schedule for four days per week, from 8:15 a.m. to
3:15 p.m. Responsibilities include providing therapeutic services
to students, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, developing
and implementing individualized treatment plans, and documenting
progress. The role requires working closely with educational staff
to support students' functional goals within the school
environment. Qualifications and desired experience: - Licenses and
certifications as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with school-based
experience - Ability to work with children and young adults aged
5-21 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate
effectively with staff, students, and families - Knowledge of
