In this role, you will work under the supervision of physical therapists to implement targeted therapy programs that assist patients in regaining optimal physical function. Your expertise will help tailor recovery plans to each patient’s needs, making a direct impact on their health and wellness journey. Implement patient care plans as established by the lead Physical Therapist. Provide therapeutic interventions as prescribed, ensuring patient safety. Document patient progress notes and update treatment plans. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members. Assist with patient mobility and physical exercises. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and practices Ability to handle physical demands of patient assistance Detail-oriented in documentation and data entry Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) certification Licensed or eligible for licensure in the practicing state
