Doctor of Medicine | Emergency Medicine Location: Carlisle, PA Employer: VieMed Healthcare Staffing Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: Nights - 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Emergency Medicine Physician Join our dedicated team as an Emergency Medicine Physician and play a vital role in delivering high-quality emergency care at a reputable community hospital. Required Skills: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid Pennsylvania medical license DEA certification Minimum of 1 year of clinical emergency medicine experience Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, techs, and APPs Nice to Have Skills: Additional certifications such as ATLS, BLS, or PALS Experience working in a community hospital setting Prior night shift coverage experience Preferred Education and Experience: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Emergency Medicine or Internal Medicine specialty training At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience post-residency Other Requirements: Ability to commit to a night shift schedule (19:00 - 07:00) for 5 days per week Credentialing completion within approximately 90 days; temps may be available with a clean file Willingness to support staff and further hospital needs as required Travel and licensure-related reimbursements available when applicable Earn $277.14 per hour in this challenging and rewarding role.
