Clover Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a dedicated Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a deep understanding of therapy protocols and patient interaction. Assist physical therapists in the preparation and execution of therapy plans. Perform routine functions and therapeutic procedures as indicated. Record patient responses and progress in medical charts. Educate patients and family members on treatment plans and exercises. Maintain equipment and ensure hygiene protocols are followed. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in clinical techniques Ability to handle physical demands of the job Knowledge of compliance and safety procedures Experience with electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license CPR and First Aid certification preferred
