Compensation: $130,000 – $200,000 annually (Base Performance
Bonuses) Employment Type: Full-Time Practice Model: In-Home /

Impact. We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Podiatrist
(DPM) to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care directly in
patients’ homes. This unique opportunity offers strong earning

delivers both. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive podiatric
evaluations in home settings Diagnose and treat foot and ankle
conditions, including wounds, infections, and musculoskeletal
issues Perform diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus management
Develop individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with primary
care providers and specialists Educate patients on preventive care,
wound management, and foot health Maintain accurate and timely EMR
documentation ? Qualifications Required: Doctor of Podiatric
Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program Active New York State
podiatry license DEA registration Board Certified or Board Eligible
in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Valid driver’s license and
reliable transportation Preferred: Experience with geriatric or
homebound populations Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable practicing independently in community settings What’s
