Flexible Schedule. Meaningful Impact. We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Podiatrist (DPM) to provide comprehensive foot and ankle care directly in patients’ homes. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive podiatric evaluations in home settings Diagnose and treat foot and ankle conditions, including wounds, infections, and musculoskeletal issues Perform diabetic foot care, nail care, and callus management Develop individualized treatment plans Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists Educate patients on preventive care, wound management, and foot health Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation ?
