(MD/DO) for an outpatient-only opportunity in Long Island, NY .
This role offers a balanced schedule, a collaborative environment,
and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to adult
patients. Position Details Setting: Outpatient only ??? Manage a
wide range of adult conditions Focus on chronic disease management
& preventive care Collaborate with subspecialists for continuity of
care Key Responsibilities ? Conduct outpatient consultations &
follow-ups ? Diagnose and manage conditions like hypertension,
diabetes, thyroid disorders, etc. ? Provide preventive care,
screenings & lifestyle counseling ? Develop and monitor
individualized treatment plans Requirements Requirements MD/DO –
Internal Medicine Board Certified or Board Eligible Active/Eligible
NY License ? Minimum 3 years of clinical experience Strong
