Job Description:
Ascension, a dedicated leader in faith-based healthcare, seeks a
Process Improvement Nurse to join our innovative team. You will
play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiencies and
improving patient care quality across our network of hospitals and
clinics. By analyzing processes, implementing improvements, and
fostering a culture of excellence, you will help us continue our
mission of providing compassionate, personalized care while
transforming healthcare through innovative solutions. Evaluate
current clinical practices to identify areas for improvement.
Implement process improvements in collaboration with healthcare
teams. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented
changes. Train and guide staff on new processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate clinical processes.
Participate in interdisciplinary teams to review and improve
patient care processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. Ability to
manage projects and lead cross-functional teams. Knowledge of
healthcare regulations and accreditation standards. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. Certification in Healthcare
Quality (CPHQ) or similar is preferred.
