By utilizing your advanced nursing knowledge and expertise in process improvement, you will work collaboratively across departments, implementing solutions that elevate patient care and optimize service delivery. Analyze and evaluate clinical processes within various departments to identify efficiency improvement opportunities. Implement quality improvement projects, ensuring alignment with Ascension’s standards and healthcare best practices. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure the seamless adoption of new processes and technologies. Lead training sessions and workshops for staff on new procedures and improvement strategies. Document all process improvements and report on project outcomes and the impact on patient care. Support the continuous assessment and improvement of the quality of care provided. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in data analysis software and tools Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality improvement methodology preferred
