Job Description Family Medicine Physician (FP) New Holland,
Pennsylvania We’re hiring a Family Medicine Physician who wants
stability, strong benefits, and the opportunity to serve a
close-knit community with full clinical support. You’ll step into
an outpatient primary care role serving patients of all ages. The
schedule includes 32 clinical hours and 8 administrative hours
weekly, allowing balance while delivering comprehensive care.
You’ll work alongside 3 Advanced Practice Providers and a full
medical support team, with no call responsibilities. You’ll
practice in New Holland, Pennsylvania, a charming Lancaster County
community known for its agricultural heritage, strong Amish
influence, and peaceful lifestyle, while still being within one
hour of Philadelphia and major metropolitan amenities. Why this

Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $225,000 to $230,000
depending on experience • $20,000 sign-on bonus • Health insurance
with 90 percent employer coverage • Dental and vision insurance •
Paid Time Off: 33 days plus 8 paid holidays • CME: $2,500 allowance
plus 40 hours approved CME time • 403(b) retirement with 100
percent match on first 3 percent and 50 percent match on next 2
percent • Student loan repayment up to $75,000 • Malpractice
coverage through FTCA • Long-term and short-term disability, 100
percent employer paid • Relocation assistance on a case-by-case
