Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Duration: Ongoing - 30 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Job Description X-Ray/DEXA Technologist – Edison, NJ Direct Hire | Full-Time | On-Site A leading imaging organization in Edison, New Jersey is seeking an X-Ray/DEXA Technologist to join a collaborative, patient-focused team. Work alongside subspecialty-trained radiologists using advanced imaging technology in a supportive environment. Position Overview - Permanent, full-time role - On-site in Edison, NJ - Monday & Wednesday: 12:30 pm – 8:00 pm - Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm - Alternating Saturdays every 5–6 weeks (Bridgewater or Somerset location) - Perform high-quality X-Ray and DEXA procedures following established protocols - Ensure patient comfort, safety, and accuracy during exams - Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards Compensation & Incentives - Pay starting at $35/hr (based on experience) - Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), pension, profit sharing, and paid time off Key Responsibilities - Perform X-Ray and DEXA exams accurately and safely - Ensure patient comfort and proper positioning during procedures - Maintain imaging equipment and quality standards - Adhere to all facility and state safety protocols - Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff Requirements - Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program - ARRT certification required - CPR certification required - NJ DEP License required - 3 years of experience preferred (new grads may be trained) - Multi-modality certification a plus Why This Opportunity Ideal for a technologist seeking a stable, multi-site role with career growth opportunities, advanced imaging technology, and a supportive, collaborative team environment.
