TimePermanent PositionOverview: Seeking a full-time Primary Care
Physician to provide post-acute care in skilled nursing facilities
throughout Lancaster, PA. This role offers work-life balance,
uncapped earning potential, and the autonomy to build a practice
around your lifestyle.Schedule & Location: Full-time: Monday-Friday
Location: Skilled nursing facilities in Lancaster, PA Key
Responsibilities: Deliver primary care services to short- and
long-term patients Manage chronic conditions, diagnose illnesses,
and implement care plans Prescribe and monitor medications; order
and interpret labs Collaborate with physicians and
interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and caregivers on disease
management and preventive care Build and maintain strong
relationships with patients, families, and facility staff
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of primary care experience required
Direct post-acute experience a plus Active and unrestricted
Pennsylvania medical license and DEA Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated annual compensation: $210,529 - $271,529 (uncapped)
