Job Description Job Description Qualifications: Current NYS PT license Proficiency with EMR/medical documentation systems Strong communication, time management, and clinical skills A team player with a passion for helping others through evidence-based care Key Responsibilities: Implement therapeutic exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and functional interventions as directed by the Physical Therapist. Accurately document daily treatment notes, progress notes, and other required records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system. Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Monitor and report patient responses and progress to the Physical Therapist and or providing doctor. Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment. Collaborate with the PT/PTA/Aide and other staff to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
