Job Description:
As a Nurse Supervisor at Encompass Health Mechanicsburg, you
will play a pivotal role in managing nursing staff and overseeing
patient care operations. Our facility focuses on integrated,

that nursing care plans are effectively implemented, maintaining

serve. Manage and supervise the nursing staff to ensure high
standards of care. Develop and enforce detailed nursing care plans.
Monitor patient care for quality and adherence to standards and
regulations. Evaluate nursing staff performance and provide
feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with all healthcare laws
and regulations. Facilitate ongoing training and professional
development of nursing staff. Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to enhance patient care. Strong leadership and
management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in hospital management software and medical
records In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
Outstanding problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
