requires the assistant to be hands-on with our diverse clientele.
Unlike conventional dental assistant roles, this position is
tailored for individuals looking to not just participate but
actively enhance their clinical skills. At College Hill Dental

field. Our dental assistants go beyond instrument handling; they
engage in high-level dentistry work, gain autonomy in complex
procedures, and grow into highly skilled clinical operators. Duties
and Responsibilities Assist in routine and advanced dental
procedures including but not limited to implants, full-arch
restorations, and surgical dentistry. Support the dentist during IV
sedation and monitor patient response to manage complex procedural
dynamics effectively. Execute endodontic treatments and
single-visit root canal crown procedures with precision.
Participate in the fabrication and processing of same-day crowns,
including design, staining, glazing, and 3D printing. Utilize
advanced digital lab systems such as Exocad to enhance procedural
efficiency and outcome. Ensure adherence to all health and safety
regulations and maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and
work environment. Develop and maintain effective communication with
the rest of the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care
and workflow efficiency. Participate in continuous professional
development to stay abreast of the latest advancements in dental
technology and procedures. Requirements Certification from an
accredited dental assistant program preferred but not required.
Proven experience as a dental assistant; experience with high-level
dentistry operations is a plus. Strong understanding of health and
safety regulations in the dental office (OSHA, CDC guidelines).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability
to work harmoniously in a team environment. A committed learner who
is proactive about personal and professional growth. High level of
manual dexterity and attention to detail. Capability to manage
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining
quality of work. Flexibility with hours and willingness to commit
to a full-time schedule as specified (Mon 7:30–5, Tue 7:30–5, Wed
7:30–7, Thu 10:30–7).
