impact on our field and society What You’ll Do · Design, implement,
and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs ·
Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs
and caregivers · Conduct assessments related to the need for
behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional
assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.) · Be willing and
able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly · Other
typical BCBA activities Requirements Education/Experience and Other
Requirements · Masters degree · Active BCBA certification, required
· Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date ·
Valid driver's license, reliable form of transportation, and proof
of auto insurance · Ability to maintain clean background/drug
