Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: 3/1/2026 About the Position
Medix is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mammography Technologist
for an exciting travel opportunity with one of our premier
healthcare clients. In this role, you will join a high-volume,
patient-focused team specializing in screening, diagnostic, and
Automated Breast Ultrasound (ABUS) services. You will work
alongside a collaborative group of clinicians and a lead
technologist to provide exceptional care using top-tier imaging
technology. Location: New York, NY Facility Type: Screening,
Diagnostic, and ABUS Center Start Date: March 1, 2026 Length of
Assignment: 8 Weeks (with Contract-to-Hire or Direct Hire
potential) Schedule: Monday–Thursday (7:30am–4:30pm) and Friday
(6:30am–3:30pm) State License Needed: New York Pay: $2,200 - $2,600
/ week Responsibilities Perform high-quality screening and
diagnostic mammography exams. Conduct Automated Breast Ultrasound
(ABUS) procedures as required. Utilize Hologic Dimensions equipment
to ensure precise imaging results. Maintain a steady workflow in a
fast-paced environment, averaging 22–30 exams per day. Prioritize
patient comfort and safety while adhering to all clinical and
regulatory standards. Requirements Certification: ARRT (M)
certification is required. Licensure: Must hold an active New York
State License. Experience: 2 years of mammography experience is
