Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Duration: 20 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours - Employment Type: Travel We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a great facility. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life. If you’re ready to make a real difference, apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details. /n Minimum Requirements /n - Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - Experience with preschool children, particularly in addressing speech language delays, sensory issues, and fine motor skills - Preferred pediatric experience, whether professional or clinical /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: School - Shift Name: Days - Working Hours: M-F 8:30-3:30 with a 30 min lunch - Guaranteed 32.5 hours per week - Two slots per day allocated for paperwork - Candidate may need to float to other facilities /n Location Highlights /n Staten Island offers a variety of recreational and cultural attractions.
