Registered Nurse (RN) | Electrophysiology Lab Location: Brooklyn, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,756 per week Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: 2/23/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified EP Lab RN in Brooklyn, New York, 11220! Job Title: EP Lab Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Electrophysiology Lab Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience required License: NY license in hand or ETA on issue date Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have: Experience with EPIC documentation required Description: We are seeking an experienced EP Lab Nurse for a contract position. This is a mixed procedural unit supporting cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures. The unit has a shared prep and recovery area. The position does not require weekend shifts. Serious and committed candidates are encouraged to apply. The average daily census is 7, with a patient ratio of 1:4 on the day shift. Floating to Cath Prep/Recovery is required. The patient population comprises adults with arrhythmias. Basic responsibilities include medication management and documentation using EPIC. Key clinical skills include administering and monitoring procedural sedation. Candidates should possess knowledge of IV therapy, infection prevention, and monitoring of dysrhythmias. Previous charge experience is preferred, along with proficiency in advanced cardiac procedures. Ideal candidates will have experience in a teaching hospital or community hospital setting. Travelers with a minimum of two years of experience are preferred.
