Description: The position requires a Registered Nurse specializing
in telemetry. The nurse will work three 12-hour night shifts. The
patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:6. The position allows for floating to
different areas as needed. Experience in the Med/Surg environment
is preferred. Familiarity with the management and interpretation of
dysrhythmias is essential. The nurse will provide care for adult
and geriatric patients. Support services available include physical
therapy, respiratory services, and social services. Isolation
precautions and proper PPE must be utilized as necessary. All
modules and training will be completed during orientation.
