PA in New York! We are seeking a skilled Surgery Physician
Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in New York beginning on
Mar 2, 2026. This 48-day opportunity features flexible 12 or
24-hour shifts, including both day and night schedules, and
requires strong transvaginal ultrasound skills and experience with
GYN cases. The position includes first assist responsibilities with
attending backup. Job Details Location: New York Start Date: Mar 2,
2026 LOA: 48 days Provider Type Needed: General Surgery Physician
Assistant Schedule: Ongoing 12 or 24-hour shifts; day (8a-8p) or
night (8p-8a); weekend 24-hour shifts available Responsibilities
and Duties Serve as first assist in general surgery cases, focusing
on GYN procedures Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasound
examinations Collaborate with attending surgeons, always with
backup available Provide care during flexible shifts, including
weekends and nights Maintain accurate documentation and effective
communication with the surgical team Additional Information Active
New York license required Board certification in General Surgery is
required Must have demonstrated experience in GYN cases and
