(PMHNP) Schedule: Hybrid (Must be in Tri State area) Location: New
York (Active PMHNP license required) Note Spanish Required
(Interview will be in Spanish) Job Summary We are seeking a
compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
to join our behavioral health team. This role offers flexibility
with remote and hybrid options while providing the opportunity to
deliver high-quality, patient-centered mental health care. You’ll
work alongside a collaborative team to support patients through
evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing care. What You’ll Do
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
in compliance with state and professional standards. Collaborate
with psychiatrists, counselors, nurses, and other healthcare
professionals for integrated care. Provide psychiatric services
including counseling, medication management, and patient education.
Prescribe medications safely and effectively, explaining risks,
benefits, and expected outcomes. Order and interpret lab tests,
ensuring patients understand results and next steps. Deliver
follow-up care and maintain ongoing communication with patients.
Refer patients for inpatient care, when necessary, in collaboration
with the supervising psychiatrist. May provide limited primary care
services within licensure scope. What We’re Looking For Master of
Science in Nursing (Psychiatric/Mental Health specialization) from
an accredited program. Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse
Practitioner (PMHNP) license in New York State. At least 2 years of
clinical experience in psychiatric/behavioral health settings.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy
skills. Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per day. Company
