Registered Nurse (RN) | Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma Location: Flushing, NY Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,405 per week Shift Information: 3 days Contract Duration: 8 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 11.5 hours Experience: 2 years of experience in specialty in the last 3 years, Travel experience or local experience in a similar environment License: New York State RN License in hand Certifications: TNCC Certification, AHA BLS, AHA PALS Must-Have: BSN Level 1 trauma experience Willingness to float to appropriate units based on skill set EMR experience COVID vaccinated prior to start date Description: This role is located in a fast-paced environment. The nurse-to-patient ratio is approximately 1:8. Candidates must be prepared for high volumes and rapid patient turnover. Every other weekend availability is required. The position involves floating to areas within appropriate acuity levels. Candidates must demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care. Experience in a large academic setting is preferred. A skills checklist matching required skill set is necessary. Medical declination for COVID vaccination will be considered upon approval.
