We are currently recruiting for a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to reliably serve patients throughout Montgomery and Bucks County. This is a per diem position. Day-time shifts and great work/life balance! What you’ll do: As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA Hospice Nurse (RN), you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the medical care required to remain at home. As a Jefferson Health at Home by BAYADA RN you will: Making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Performing assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures and comfort care. Monitoring clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager. Following up with, executing, and properly documenting doctors' orders. Occasional on call after hours and/or weekends What you should have: Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of PA. One year of clinical experience strongly preferred. Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you . Ability to travel to cases as assigned A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication. The ability to deliver patient care as you would want those you love to be treated, with compassion, excellence, and reliability .
