Hospital is a multi-service hospital offering general practice,
specialty care, 24/7 emergency medicine, boarding, grooming,

do. What You’ll Do As an IP/ER Nursing Lead , you’ll serve as the
on-shift leader for inpatient and emergency nursing teams. Your
role is essential in ensuring smooth department flow, supporting
patient care needs, and empowering your fellow nurses and
assistants. Act as the primary point of contact for doctors,
nurses, and assistants to coordinate inpatient and emergency cases
Guide, mentor, and support nursing staff throughout your shif
Redirect responsibilities as needed to keep departments efficient,
especially during high caseloads or staffing gaps Serve as the
contact for call-outs, tardiness, early departures, or late stays
during your shif Promote a collaborative, respectful, and positive
work environment Ensure emergencies are triaged efficiently and
critical patients receive timely care Maintain general awareness of
all inpatients to support communication and continuity Assist with
procedures, diagnostics, treatments, and patient monitoring as
needed Provide support to CSRs for inpatient-related questions and
care coordination Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position
with the following schedule options: Sunday–Wednesday: 10:00
AM–9:00 PM Compensation TBD based on experience What’s In It for

veterinary technician/nursing experience required Emergency or
inpatient experience strongly preferred Excellent communication,
delegation, and leadership skills Strong attention to detail with
