Do As a Veterinary Anesthesia Technician at MVA, you’ll be
responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia services to
a diverse array of patients. In this role, you will: - Plan and
prepare individualized anesthesia protocols in collaboration with a
veterinary anesthesiologist and other specialists. - Administer and
monitor anesthesia, using advanced equipment to track vital signs,
depth of anesthesia, and patient comfort. - Assist during surgical
and diagnostic procedures, anticipating the needs of the veterinary
team and adapting to rapid changes in patient status. - Manage
perioperative pain control, administering medications and
monitoring pain levels to ensure patient comfort. - Help maintain
accurate records of anesthesia protocols, drug usage, and patient
responses to ensure consistent and informed care. - Maintain a
calm, organized workspace, ensuring quick access to necessary
supplies and troubleshooting equipment as needed. - Engage in
continuing education and case discussions, keeping abreast of the
latest anesthesia protocols, monitoring techniques, and best

Schedule This is a full-time position with the following available
schedules: - Wednesday-Saturday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Compensation -

Requirements What We’re Looking For We’re seeking Veterinary
Anesthesia Technicians who take pride in precision, remain calm
under pressure, and find fulfillment in delivering outstanding
patient care. You likely have: - Experience in a fast-paced
specialty, emergency, or surgical setting, with a proven ability to
remain detail-focused and organized - Strong clinical skills,
including IV catheter placement, venipuncture, and understanding of
pharmacology/anesthesia protocols - Effective communication for
liaising with clinical staff and effectively relaying critical
patient information - Confidence in anesthesia monitoring and
patient assessment, recognizing subtle changes and acting
decisively to maintain patient safety - A commitment to
