Provide high-quality home health nursing visits across a range of
patient needs Various position types include Start of Care,
Resumption of Care, Wound Care, Non-Wound Visits, Pediatrics, and
Re-certifications - with higher compensation rates available for
more complex visits. Collaborate with physicians and care teams to
ensure excellent continuity of care Document visits via tablet
within 24-48 hours Maintain compliance with DOH regulations and
uphold Royal Care's mission of compassionate, culturally sensitive
care ? What You'll Need: Active New York Registered Nurse (RN)
License Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Experience with OASIS assessments (preferred) Prior home care or
acute care experience preferred Knowledge of Homecare Homebase
