Why join us? 401K Health Insurance Team Environment Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a talented and dedicated Permanent Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic team in the Accounting Finance industry. This unique role combines the expertise of clinical therapy with the knowledge of financial practices, providing a vital service to our team members and clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mental health issues, therapeutic techniques, and the role of financial stability in overall wellbeing. The Permanent Clinical Therapist will work closely with clients to help them manage stress, cope with life changes, and maintain a positive mental health outlook in the high-pressure field of finance. This role requires someone with a strong background in therapy and a solid understanding of the financial industry. Responsibilities: Provide individual and group therapy to clients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues related to their work in the finance industry. Develop personalized treatment plans for clients, taking into account their unique financial stressors and mental health needs. Collaborate with clients to set and achieve short-term and long-term therapeutic goals. Provide psychoeducation to clients about the impact of financial stress on mental health and strategies to manage this stress effectively. Coordinate with other healthcare providers, social workers, and financial advisors to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Maintain detailed records of clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Conduct regular assessments of clients' mental health and financial stress levels. Stay up-to-date on the latest research in both therapy and finance to provide the best possible care to clients. Qualifications: Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field. Current and valid licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical therapy, preferably in a setting that involves financial counseling or advising. Extensive knowledge of therapeutic techniques for managing stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues. Familiarity with the finance industry and the unique stressors it can place on individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt treatment plans to meet the needs of individual clients. High level of professionalism and ethics, with respect for client confidentiality.
