Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 07/07/2025 - Duration: 12 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Unit: Pool MST Position Type: Registered Nurse - MST EOW Shift Time Type: 7:00PM-7:00AM - 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Hours Per Week: 36 Unit Description: Float to Trauma, Cardiac, Neuro, Surgical, Ortho, and Cancer Care units. Max 6:1 patient to nurse ratio. Required Experience: Medical management of chest pain, blood pressure, electrolyte imbalances, electrolyte replacement- PO and IV nurse drive heparin gtt protocol dysrhythmia course/interpretation of tele strips EKG IV push antihypertensive medications blood draws placement and maintenance of IVs Maintenance of PICC lines, Central Lines, Ports Trach management Chest Tubes Additional Info: Nights Every Other Weekend Telemetry RN Needed. Required to float to all like units 3 years of experience required Cooper can cancel 1 shift bi-weekly (per pay period) without penalty. Orientation /t - 2 days of orientation in the classroom /t - No on-unit orientation 36 hours Schedule: EOW Required Exp. : 3 years of recent Tele RN experience at busy level 1 Trauma facility. COVID Vaccination and Booster and Flu Shot Required License/ Cert Requirement: Current NJ-RN License (Registered Nurse); Current American Heart Association BLS Certification, Current ACLS American Heart Association, NIHSS Talent Burst Job ID 25-32814.
